Vintage planes on display: Sept. 4, 5 | Arts & Culture

More than 60 vintage aircraft will be on display at the Historic Flight Foundation's Restoration Center on Paine Field over Labor Day weekend.

Visitors will have the opportunity to get up close to 60 vintage aircraft and experience the roar of their engines as they fly by.

Pilots, restoration mechanics, and historians will present information on the historical significance of the aircraft; and "Aviation Legends" will tell stories and recall important events.

The event will be enhanced by WWII re-enactors, military vehicles, access to Historic Flight Foundation's Restoration Center, interactive displays for children & teens, souvenirs & memorabilia, and a food festival.

Admission is $10 for adults and free for children and students through 12th grade. Stop by on Saturday, Sept. 4 between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., or Sunday, Sept. 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
